Bread Omelette

In todays busy life it is very difficult to prepare complicated or lengthy breakfast recipes, where there is no time for eating also, especially for working women/ men or bachelors. I am giving a quick, easy and tasty bread omelette recipe with simple ingredients. Just have a trial…

Ingredients:

Eggs- 2

Bread slices-4

chilli powder- 2 big pinches (Adjust as per your taste)

salt- 1 pinch (adjust as per your taste)

Garam Masala- 1 small pinch (optional)

Coriander leaves- 1 Tablespoon (optional)

Finely chopped onion- 2 table spoons (optional)

oil- as per requirement

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients except bread in a wide bowl.

Heat pan and drizzle some oil once the pan is heat, dip bread in egg mixture both the sides by using tong and place it on pan. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat or till the egg is cooked. Flip other side,  drizzle some oil along the edges of the bread and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or cook till egg turns to golden brown color as shown in above figure.

 Enjoy simple and tasty  bread omelette with Cream Cheese.
