Egg Dosa

Igredients:
Dosa batter
Eggs- 1 egg for each dosa
chilli powder- 1 pinch per dosa (optional)
salt- as required

Method:
Heat Dosa pan. when pan is hot enough (you can check it by sprinkling some water on pan, if it sizzles then pan is hot enough) pour a ladleful of dosa batter in the centre of the pan and spread it with the back of the ladle gently.Drizzle some oil along the edges of dosa and let it cook on medium heat till it comes to light brown color.
If you can manage pour egg directly on dosa and spread it evenly otherwise pour egg in a bowl and with spoon spread it on dosa.
Then sprinkle chilli powder and little bit salt , this is just make dosa spicy and it is optional.

 Flip other side and cook for 20 sec or till the egg is cooked.
Serve hot with any cutney of your choice.
